About Evolution of Craftsmen: Singapore Inspired Exhibition

“Evolution of Craftsmen: Singapore Inspired” is the second installation of the CRAFT|SINGAPORE exhibition held at the Singapore Visitor Centre between 2 November 2015 to 31 March 2016. This installation features craftsmen from three creative trades: Visual Arts, Souvenir Design and Architecture & Landscape. While the first series celebrated the traditions upon which Singapore’s craft-making culture and foundations were built, this new exhibition explores Singapore’s burgeoning creative scene through the works of the craftsmen and their evolutionary spirits.
